Card Management

Card Management in online banking or our mobile app allows you to set up alerts, card controls, and access information about your First Fed debit card.

Learn how to manage:

  • Debit Cards - Learn more about our contactless VISA debit cards.
  • Lost or Stolen Cards - Turn off your card and report it lost or stolen.
  • Controls and Alerts - Setting up limits and alerts on your card. For example, you can limit transactions by merchant types or geography.
  • Travel Plans - Set up and manage your travel plans to avoid interruptions when you travel.
  • Reset PIN – Update or reset your debit card PIN. 

Other features include:

  • Track your spending on your First Fed debit card
  • View merchants where you’ve made purchases on Google maps 
  • See which companies have your card on file
  • Review recurring payments
  • Add your card to your digital wallet (Apple Pay or Google Pay)

    Manage your card in online banking

    • Log into online banking 
    • Under the Account Services drop-down menu, select “Debit Cards” 

    Manage your card in our mobile app

    • Log into your mobile banking app.
    • Tap “More” on the bottom right of your screen
    • Tap “Debit Cards” in the green shortcut menu at the top of the screen
    • Or, scroll to the Account Services section and tap “Debit Cards”
